Renovated cellar-to-roof in 2024 by Barker Associates Architecture Office (BAAO), the house was finished to a standard rarely seen in a rental. GLT shares every material, detail, and system of the owners' residence above, with no rental-grade compromises anywhere.
Behind the iron fence and carved brownstone facade, on one of Clinton Hill's most beautiful tree-lined blocks, GLT offers approximately 950 square feet of calm, beautifully considered space, plus a private terrace of over 250 square feet with its own cold plunge.
