1846 yılında inşa edilen bu 22.5 ayak genişliğindeki kent evi, tarihi karakteri temiz ve modern bir estetikle birleştiren, mimarlık firması Fairfax & Sammons tarafından özenle yenilenmiştir.

48 numara, hepsi bir yıl içinde inşa edilmiş Yunan Yenileme tarzı evlerden oluşan sürekli bir sıranın içinde yer almakta, ağaçlarla çevrili sokak bu tutarlı ve samimi ölçeği sunmaktadır. İçeride, ev iyi orantılı, yüksek tavanlı ve bol ışık alan odalar sunmakta, özel ahşap işçiliği, ceviz zeminler, kapılar ve detaylarla güçlü bir zanaatkarlık hissi taşımaktadır.

Sıcak bir giriş holü, evin içinden doğal ışığı çekerek bahçeye doğru ilerlemektedir. Açık oturma katı, Jane Caddesi'ne bakan bir oturma odası, klasik dönem kalıpları ve Carrara mermer şömine ile konforlu yaşam ve sosyal etkinlikler için tasarlanmıştır. Yemek odası bu sade zarafeti devam ettirirken, mutfak Pietra Cardoza tezgahları, çelik kasalı pencereleri ve üç çatı penceresi ile daha çağdaş bir hava katmaktadır.
