V roku 1882 bola postavená táto budova v parku Gramercy Park, navrhnutá v štýle gréckej obrody z červených tehál a opracovaného hnedého pieskovca. Inšpirácia surovosťou a rustikálnosťou kameňa a muriva, kontrast medzi starým a novým, ako aj vrstvenie histórie sú dôležitými prvkami návrhu.

ŠTÚDIO na prvom poschodí má plne vybavené dispozičné riešenie s rozlohou 800 štvorcových stôp, ktoré ponúka rôzne funkcie a možnosti využitia. Súčasný návrh obsahuje množstvo jedinečných prvkov, ktoré možno pozorovať v celom priestore.
