En 1882 se construyó esta estructura de Gramercy Park, diseñada en estilo neogriego con ladrillo rojo y piedra arenisca marrón con juntas marcadas. Inspirados en la rusticidad y el acabado rugoso de la piedra y la mampostería, el contraste entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo, y la superposición de la historia son dimensiones importantes del diseño.
