The apartment is 669 square feet with 10-foot ceilings and wide-plank oak floors. The home office sits just inside the entry and works as a sleeping area or a study. Walking past it are the washer and dryer and a bathroom finished in Botticino Semi Classico marble, on the floor and around the tub. The kitchen has lacquer cabinets, CaesarStone counters, appliances by Bosch, Liebherr and Miele, and a center island big enough to cook at on one side and eat at on the other.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a 360-degree terrace, a club lounge with billiards, and a playroom. Pets are welcome.

Brookfield Place and Westfield World Trade Center are both close by for shopping, with Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Hermès, Burberry and Saks Fifth Avenue between them.
