Welcome to this studio with a home office on the 27th floor of 75 Wall Street, facing south over the Financial District. The apartment is 669 square feet with 10-foot ceilings and wide-plank oak floors. The home office sits just inside the entry and works as a sleeping area or a study. Walking past it are the washer and dryer and a bathroom finished in Botticino Semi Classico marble, on the floor and around the tub. The kitchen has lacquer cabinets, CaesarStone counters, appliances by Bosch, Liebherr and Miele, and a center island big enough to cook at on one side and eat at on the other.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a 360-degree terrace, a club lounge with billiards, and a playroom. Pets are welcome.

Brookfield Place and Westfield World Trade Center are both close by for shopping, with Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Hermès, Burberry and Saks Fifth Avenue between them. For dinner there's Eataly, Nobu, North End Grill and the Tin Building by Jean-Georges. The South Street Seaport is nearby too, with shops and restaurants along the East River and views of the bridges. Fulton Center and its nine subway lines make the rest of the city an easy trip.
