Este é um contrato de locação. Locação de 1º de abril a 31 de outubro com opção de renovação.

TAXA DE INSCRIÇÃO:
$20 por locatário e garante.
DEPÓSITO DE GARANTIA:
Igual a 1 mês de aluguel, a menos que indicado de outra forma no contrato.
TAXAS DE CARTÕES DE CRÉDITO E DÉBITO (para BILT):
Cartões de crédito 3% e débito $9,95 por transação.
TAXAS DE CARTÕES DE CRÉDITO E DÉBITO (para ClickPay):
Cartões de crédito 2,95% ($15 para VISA) e débito $9,95 por transação (taxa de transação internacional: taxa adicional de 1,00% se aplicar ao usar um cartão de crédito internacional).
UTILITY:
Custos de cabo, internet, telefone e eletricidade: Baseados no uso.
DEPÓSITO DE GARANTIA ADICIONAL E AUMENTO DE ALUGUEL:
Como exigido pelo contrato e permitido pela lei aplicável.
SEGURO DOS INQUILINOS:
Apólice obrigatória (você pode obter através de seu provedor preferido).
OS GARANTES OU RHINO:
Opcional, se você usar esses serviços, as taxas aplicáveis se aplicarão.
TAXAS DE ATRASO:
5% ou $50 por ocorrência, o que for menor.
TAXA DE FUNDOS INSUFICIENTES:
$50 por ocorrência.

Opcional - fornecido por provedores independentes. Para eletricidade, há 3 possibilidades dependendo da propriedade: 1) Sem taxa, 2) Cobrança de eletricidade de provedor independente, com base no uso, 3) Cobrança de eletricidade do proprietário, com base no uso.
TAXAS DE EVENTO DE SALA DE DESCANSO / FESTA:
Conforme faturadas por hora, opcionais - se disponíveis
TAXA DE ARMAZENAMENTO DE BICICLETA:
Opcional $25 por mês, por bicicleta.

THE GUARANTORS OR RHINO:
Optional, if you use these services, their applicable fees will apply.
LATE FEES:
5% or $50 per instance, whichever is less.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE:
$50 per instance.
KEY REPLACEMENT FEE:
$20
KEY FOB REPLACEMENT FEE:

KEY CYLINDER / LOCK REPLACEMENT FEE:

DAMAGE FEES:
Billed at cost for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
LEGAL FEES:
Billed at cost, as permitted by law.
CABLE / INTERNET / PHONE:
Optional - supplied by independent providers. For electricity there are 3 possibilities depending on the property: 1) No fee, 2) Electricity charge from independent provider, based on usage, 3) Electricity charge from landlord, based on usage.
LOUNGE / PARTY ROOM EVENT FEES:
As billed by the hour, optional - if available
BICYCLE STORAGE FEE:
Optional $25 per month, per bike.
