With 1,200 interior square feet and a private south-facing terrace, the residence was fully reimagined in 2025 through a year-long, taken-to-studs renovation, with architecture by Graphite Architecture Studio and interiors by JOIA. Directly across the street, the gardens of the General Theological Seminary form the home's unbroken northern view.

The renovation strikes a careful balance between preservation and transformation. The floor plan was reorganized for true north-south light and the original fireplace surrounds were preserved. Period crown molding was kept and extended with bespoke new millwork, abundant closets, and four custom ceiling medallions.
