Upon entering the apartment you have a spacious foyer with a direct line to the star of the apartment; the views. To the left of the foyer are the dining room and kitchen divided by a curved wall with arched entryways. The dining room serves great as a home office and with some adjusting could be converted to a small second bedroom, nursery, or opened up to create a chef’s kitchen. The kitchen has ample storage space and a dishwasher for convenience; both kitchen and dining area are windowed.

Past the hallway that leads to the windowed bathroom and bedroom, you will find the living room expansive enough to have a dining area should you wish. One of the casement windows in the living room has double exposures with both windows offering equally spectacular views toward the harbor.

The bedroom has three closets for your storage needs and can easily fit a king sized bed with room for more furniture. The bedroom has two casement windows with one having double exposures; and arguably better views than from the living room.
