Overlooking the East River and the NYC Harbor you have magnificent views of Lady Liberty, the Financial District and Brooklyn Bridge Park. You will also enjoy the resplendence of changing sky colors as barges and ferries make their way to their destinations all day and night.

Upon entering the apartment you have a spacious foyer with a direct line to the star of the apartment; the views. To the left of the foyer are the dining room and kitchen divided by a curved wall with arched entryways. The dining room serves great as a home office and with some adjusting could be converted to a small second bedroom, nursery, or opened up to create a chef’s kitchen. The kitchen has ample storage space and a dishwasher for convenience; both kitchen and dining area are windowed.
