Such an efficient design. Kudos to the owner who has provided a wonderful layout which includes a dining space larger than a breakfast nook . So many outlets. In all the rooms, I might add. May I go back + emphasize how delightful you'll find this this attractive USER-FRIENDLY Chefs Kitchen. A fabulous layout too as it's a very separate space but open from 2 sides . " It breathes like a delicious wine. Wonderful counter space ,stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and a very cool refrigerator.

The start date is a little flexible .
