The building is within close proximity to transportation, excellent restaurants, and a short distance from Riverside and Central Park.

Board approval and an interview with the Board are required. Available August 31/September 1.

Certified checks for the first month's rent and the security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required at the lease signing.
