Welcome to 7C- a spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Brooklyn Heights! Situated in a classic mid-century building, the unit has lovely southern views over the neighborhood. There is a very large living/dining area and the kitchen is open to the living room. Electricity, cooking gas, heat and water are covered in the rent of this Co-op Sublet.

The apartment is currently being renovated so no unit photos for now although the renovation will be complete by mid-June. The applicant that the owner selects to sign a lease with will have to present a board package and be interviewed by the co-op board. The owner intends to sublet for 2 years starting on July 15th.

The co-op employs a live-in super, a porter, and a doorman whose hours are Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm
