The building is surrounded by many great restaurants, bars, cafes, The Natural History Museum and many services. It is 2 blocks from the #1 train and buses in all directions. The B and C trains are 3 blocks away. Central and Riverside Park are nearby. Pets are allowed. No walls may be installed. Guarantors are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
