This first-floor one-bedroom apartment is rear-facing, away from street noise. The 10' ceilings make it feel loft-like. The 5' x 7' foyer has a small closet and can accommodate a desk or bookcases, for example. The kitchen is open to the 10 x 14 living area. There is space to create a dining area. Three walls offer many options for setting up living room furniture. The bedroom will accommodate a queen bed plus some furniture and sprts a large closet with a 10' ceiling. The retro blue bathroom has a tub/shower.
The building is surrounded by many great restaurants, bars, cafes, The Natural History Museum and many services. It is 2 blocks from the #1 train and buses in all directions. The B and C trains are 3 blocks away. Central and Riverside Park are nearby. Pets are allowed. No walls may be installed. Guarantors are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Two-year leases are an option. No doorman or laundry in the building, but laundromats are nearby.
