Over looking Rector Park. Both the large living room and bedroom have floor ceiling windows allowing for bright abundant sunshine. The chef's kitchen opens towards the living room, which features Caesarstone countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bathroom is outfitted with Himalayan Silk marble, WaterWorks fixtures, and a Duravit soaking tub. The bedroom is generously sized and easily fits a king-sized bed. The multiple closets through out include a large bedroom closet, an oversized coat closet and a large linen closet just off the bathroom. The apartment is finished with custom white oak flooring.
225 Rector Place is full service white glove perfection 24-hour concierge, 40' swimming pool, cabanas, 2 floor fitness room, rooftop sun-deck with an outdoor kitchen, resident lounge, toddlers play area and a laundry room on the 2nd level.
225 Rector Place is in the middle of it all, bike paths, walkways, pet runs and just down the way from Brookfield Place and the Westfield mall.
Brookfield Place has art installations, and entertainment 12 months a year. There is a French-inspired restaurant and exclusive retail shops such as Nike, J Crew, Zegna, Lululemon to peruse and much more.
