There are hardwood floors in good condition throughout the apartment. Both the living room and the bedroom have 1 functioning through-the-wall A/C unit.

This popular post-war building has two modernized elevators, a recently renovated lobby and hallways, a friendly live-in Super, and a 24hr laundry.
