There are hardwood floors in good condition throughout the apartment. Both the living room and the bedroom have 1 functioning through-the-wall A/C unit.

This popular post-war building has two modernized elevators, a recently renovated lobby and hallways, a friendly live-in Super, and a 24hr laundry. The brand new gym is refreshingly spacious, featuring windows and high ceilings. The hallways just underwent a full upgrade. A bicycle room is on-premises (waitlisted), as well as storage room.
