The primary suite is a true retreat with a generously sized bedroom, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a double vanity. The second full bath handles guests without compromise. A Bosch washer/dryer lives in the unit. Storage, including a private attic, is abundant.

The Petersfield is one of Downtown's original loft conversions and still one of its best: full-time doorman, roof terrace, and a Crunch gym at street level. Union Square, the Village, Whole Foods, and the city's best transit hub are all within a short walk.
