This unique East Village apartment is a floor-through, just up the stoop from the street. The front looks out onto the quiet East 1st Street while the back looks on the building's common courtyard. The two bedrooms are separated by the rest of the apartment which consists of a Living/Dining/Kitchen as well as a large Laundry/Work-from-home room.
