This unique East Village apartment is a floor-through, just up the stoop from the street. The front looks out onto the quiet East 1st Street while the back looks on the building's common courtyard. The two bedrooms are separated by the rest of the apartment which consists of a Living/Dining/Kitchen as well as a large Laundry/Work-from-home room. The bathroom consists of two rooms; a jacuzzi tub and a sink and a w/c. The dining room has a counter which functions as a table with four chairs. There are four burners in a row with a hood that filters the fumes. A stainless steel finished dishwasher and refrigerator are fairly new additions to the space. There is a separate oven and microwave in addition to the kitchen sink! There is a small seating area in addition that can function as a living room.
