Fresh off a newly completed top-to-bottom renovation, the Penthouse at 169 Mercer Street is an impeccably designed loft on one of SoHo's best blocks. Boasting three exposures and a large skylight, this top floor residence spans over 2,300 square feet and includes two bedroom, a home office, two bathrooms, a gas fireplace, and direct keyed elevator access.

Upon entering the home, it's immediately apparent the care taken when designing the loft. The herringbone oak floors lead you from the keyed elevator, past the large home office, to the great room, where a large skylight provides all-day light.
