طراحی شده توسط معماران وودز باگوت، امبرلی یک برج مسکونی ۳۳ طبقه خیره‌کننده است که شامل ۲۷۰ واحد اجاره لوکس می‌باشد. نمای هندسی خیره‌کننده به‌طور هوشمندانه‌ای طراحی شده تا جلوه‌های دید در مناطق زندگی و غذاخوری را به حداکثر برساند و در عین حال حریم خصوصی در اتاق خواب‌ها را حفظ کند.

آپارتمان‌های استودیو تا سه‌خوابه در امبرلی با پنجره‌های Floor-to-Ceiling همراه با پرده‌های سفارشی و کف‌پوش چوب گردو به‌طور کامل طراحی شده‌اند. تمام آشپزخانه‌ها شامل کانترهای آبشار سیسرستون هستند – و سرویس‌های بهداشتی با کاشی‌های سرامیکی ظریف هری‌مبون تمام شده‌اند. همچنین یک ماشین لباسشویی/خشک‌کن بوش در هر واحد وجود دارد.
