طراحی شده توسط معماران Woods Bagot، امبرلی یک برج مسکونی 33 طبقه چشمگیر است که خانه 270 واحد اجاره‌ای لوکس می‌باشد. نمای هندسی خیره‌کننده به‌طور هوشمندانه‌ای طراحی شده تا چشم‌اندازها را در مناطق نشیمن و غذاخوری حداکثر کند و در عین حال حریم خصوصی در اتاق‌های خواب حفظ شود.

آپارتمان‌های استودیو تا سه‌خوابه در امبرلی به‌طور کامل با پنجره‌های ازFloor-to-Ceiling با پرده‌های سفارشی و کفپوش‌های چوب گردو ارائه می‌شوند. تمامی آشپزخانه‌ها شامل میزهای سنگی Caesarstone با لبه آبشار می‌باشند و حمام‌ها با کاشی سرامیکی الگو دار شیک تزئین شده‌اند. یک ماشین لباسشویی/خشک‌کن Bosch نیز در هر واحد موجود است.
