Location, fresh improvements, and a welcoming warmth/ownership pride are three things that make this unit stand out. Welcome to this improved 2-bedroom, 1-bath second-floor apartment in the desirable Fleetwood section of Mount Vernon that boasts a smart and efficient layout. This unit has its own separate entrance and consistent natural sunlight that brightens the space from all sides. When you enter the unit, you are greeted by a foyer with a deep hall closet. The large living room is on the immediate left of the entry way and offers plenty of space to spread out on the newly refinished wood floors. The eat-in kitchen has also been updated with new flooring, a new stove and refrigerator, and refaced cabinets. There is a pantry in the kitchen to store extra cooking essentials. Some other notable new additions are the new carpets in the bedrooms, the bathroom's refaced tub and new vanity, new lighting added throughout, and the entire apartment has been freshly painted. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Street parking is ample, and the Fleetwood Metro-North station is less than a mile away for an easy commute. Note: Owner will forego any/all lease payments via vouchers.
