The Broadmoor has a 24-hour concierge, doormen, live-in super, and porters. It features a spectacular glass-enclosed all-season solarium with free WiFi, an outdoor, landscaped roof deck with gorgeous Hudson River views, and basement laundry. The building is within close proximity to transportation, excellent restaurants, and a short distance from Riverside and Central Park.

Board approval and an interview with the Board are required. Available August 31/September 1.

Certified checks for the first month's rent and the security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required at the lease signing.

The following fees are required by the managing agent and the coop with the submission of the application package to the Board:
