An open library on this floor could be used as a bedroom loft or enclosed for a 3rd private bedroom.

This exceptional residence has Sonos surround sound and 5-zoned central air conditioning as well as beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Once the home/studio of the artist Howard Chandler Christy, who painted the murals of dancing nymphs for the des Artistes restaurant, Residence 707 has been meticulously renovated and maintained by the current owners, making it a lovely home for comfortable living and elegant entertaining.
