Apartment 14E is a lovely, quiet, high-floor studio with sky and light; a separate, fully renovated kitchen with white cabinets, stainless appliances, a full-size refrigerator, a full-size dishwasher; and a gracious foyer, which leads from the entrance and kitchen to the main living space. The studio has high, beamed ceilings; plank-style hardwood floors in excellent condition; and three generous closets, including a walk-in. The main room of the studio is large enough to accommodate a desk; a handsome, built-in entertainment unit with book shelves, a Queen-size Murphy bed, and room for a 44" TV; a table; a sofa; and a club chair with an ottoman. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, which was recently re-glazed; subway tiles; an elegant chandelier; and a pedestal sink with a storage cabinet. The building has a 24-hour concierge, doormen, a live-in super, and several porters to keep things running smoothly. Enjoy such amenities as a renovated and air conditioned lobby, renovated hallways, BuildingLink, an all-season solarium with free WiFi, and a beautifully landscaped roof deck with a view of the city and a peek of the Hudson River. The Broadmoor is conveniently located in a coveted Upper West Side neighborhood with an abundance of shops and restaurants, such as Cafe du Soleil, Serafina, Telio's, Fumo, Kesari, Westside Market, Whole Foods, Gristede's, Buttercup Silver Moon Bakery, and the landmark jazz club Smoke. Close to transportation, Columbia University, and the glory of Riverside and Central Parks. Dogs for the tenant is case by case. So sorry, no kitties, please. No smokers, please. Long-term tenancy is possible. Board approval and an interview with the Board are required. Looking to begin a lease on or about December 1. Certified checks for the first month's rent and the security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required at the lease signing.
