Croft Building 位於下曼哈頓金融區（FiDi）的納蘇街71號，是一棟建於1905年、採美術學院風格（Beaux-Arts）的戰前精品大樓，並於2005年改建為共管公寓。大樓由寬敞的一房及兩房公寓組成，而7D號公寓正是其中一個設計巧妙的瑰寶。

公寓面積約825平方英尺，擁有比例寬敞、近乎正方形的開放式大客廳，四周環繞著超過75平方英尺、面向東方及北方的高大寬闊窗戶。臥室同樣採光充足、空間寬敞，並設有近30平方英尺的步入式衣櫥。除浴室外，整套公寓均鋪設寬板實木地板，天花板高度超過10英尺，營造出閣樓般開闊的空間感。

The Croft Building, at 71 Nassau Street in the FiDi (Financial District) area of Lower Manhattan, is a pre-war, boutique building, built in the Beaux-Arts style in 1905 and converted to condominiums in 2005. The building is comprised of large one- and two-bedroom apartments, and #7D is one of its deftly-designed gems.

At approximately 825 SF, it has a generously proportioned great room - essentially square in shape and ringed by over 75 SF of tall, wide windows facing East and North. The bedroom is also flooded with light and long on space, and includes a walk-in closet measuring almost 30 SF. The entire apartment (ex-bathroom) has wide-plank hardwood flooring, and the ceilings are over 10 feet high, giving it loft-like volume.

The cook's kitchen in #7D is open to the living room and boasts a stainless steel appliance package by Bosch and Sub-Zero. The spa-like bathroom is designed in soft neutral shades and organic materials, including green glass and marble, and features fixtures by Toto, Waterworks and Zuma. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

At less than 500 feet away from eleven (11!) subway lines (and PATH!), the building has 24-hour concierge-door staff, a complimentary gym, and a furnished roof deck (with an outdoor shower!) surrounded by the iconic downtown skyline and overlooking The Oculus.
