The parlor floor has a large, comfortable living room with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light, opening into a spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, white stone countertops, and high end appliances, perfect for any chef! Off of the dining area is direct access to a large private deck, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor entertaining. The deck leads to a backyard surrounded by mature trees and greenery, with plenty of space for outdoor dining, gardening, or simply relaxing.
You'll find the bedrooms upstairs. The primary includes a spacious walk-in closet plus a windowed en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. Back through the hallway, with an oversized skylight, you'll find one more full bathroom, a second large bedroom and the office/guest room.
The lowest level of the house adds even more living space, with a large finished recreation room, laundry, and plenty of storage.
The location is hard to beat, tucked into a quiet, tree-lined stretch of Park Slope while being just a few blocks from the restaurants, cafés, shops, and bars around 5th and 7th Avenues. It’s a great spot for enjoying the neighborhood on foot while still having an easy commute into Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn.
