Residence 10 East is a half-floor home in one of the Upper East Side's most coveted condominiums. It is the neighborhood debut of Steven Harris Architects: just Thirty-one (31) residences on a wide, tree-lined block between Park and Lexington, two blocks from Central Park. Three ensuite bedrooms, a library, powder room and separate laundry room, with north, south and east exposures and ceilings up to ten feet.

A keyed vestibule in honed St. Clair marble and wire-brushed European white oak opens through a steel and tempered art glass door onto a formal entry gallery. Beyond it, the corner living and dining room takes three large casement windows over historic townhouses and protected gardens; the library alongside keeps the same outlook through an oversized north-facing window. Chevron-patterned American white oak floors, white bronze casements, burnished nickel Nanz hardware and custom plaster cornices run throughout.
