This garden rental was redesigned as a 2.5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom 2,000 duplex apartment. Trust me, you have never seen an apartment like this one! It checks EVERY box on your wishlist... oversized bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, home office, spacious living and dining room, a third 100sqft spa bathroom, a half bathroom, an open custom closet, a laundry room, a windowed kitchen, double wall oven, viking cooktop, plus TWO private outdoor spaces and a shared porch.
