Residence 9B is a floor-through two-bedroom, two-bath loft at the IceHouse, a 1905 warehouse converted in 1998 into one of Tribeca's most admired historic boutique condominiums. A private keyed elevator opens directly into the home: 13-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a south-facing arched window found only on the ninth floor showcase the building's Romanesque Revival architecture. One World Trade fills the arch on the landmarked block, completely unobstructed.
