This charming studio provides all the quiet you need to work from home or just unwind at the end of the day. The open layout provides space for a sleeping area, a living area, as well as a desk area. There is also great storage with 2 deep closets.


The kitchenette features more storage in white cabinetry. It was thoughtfully renovated with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and two burner cooktop. Apartment #814 also has wonderful pre-war details including high beamed ceilings, an oversized steel casement window and hardwood floors.


Conveniently located three blocks east of Grand Central, Tudor City is set on a peaceful tree-lined street surrounded by the private Tudor City Park and Gardens. It is a full-service co-op, with a full-time doorman, large fitness center (only $39/month fee if you join), laundry room, and 5 Tudor City Pl also has a small store right off the lobby if you run out of milk or need a coffee.
