En üst kat iki büyük yatak odası sunmaktadır; arka oda, Brooklyn'deki en güzel ahşap çerçeveli evlerden bazılarına bakan Webster Place'e bakmaktadır. Daha küçük yatak odası, bir bebek odası veya ofis için harika olacaktır.

Depolama alanından bahsettim mi? Bebek arabaları ve bisikletler, bodrum giriş alanına konulabilir. Garaj çevresinde kayak ve benzeri eşyalar için alan var. Bodrumun yarısı dahil ve arada bir bakmak için açtığınız kutular için mükemmeldir.

Birçoğunuz Park Slope ile tanışık olabilirsiniz, ancak Webster/Jackson Place bölgesinden haberdar olmayabilirsiniz. The top floor features two large bedrooms, with the rear one looking out onto Webster Place, which has some of the prettiest wood frame houses in Brooklyn. The smaller bedroom, would be great for a nursery or office.

Did I mention storage? Strollers and bikes can be put in the cellar entry area. There is space around the garage for skis and the like. Half of the cellar is included and perfect for those boxes you look inside once in a while.

Many of you who are familiar with Park Slope may not be aware with the Webster/Jackson Place enclave. Those who know, love it for it’s old growth trees, and extra wide sidewalks that perfect for the kids to ride bikes and have a game of catch. These single block streets draw little street traffic as well. It’s equal to 3 long blocks from Prospect Park, and 2 blocks to the YMCA. Uber to the West Village is constantly 20 mins and Financial District is 10 mins by the tunnel. 4 mins to the R train, 8 mins to the F and G train at 7th Avenue. Zoned PS 10. Seemingly infinite amount of restaurants and programs for kid locally.
