İki etkileyici kat boyunca yayılan hacim ve ışık hikayesi. Geniş ana kat açık ve sürekli, oturma, yemek ve mutfak tek bir düzlemde düzenlenmiş, güçlü oranlarla tanımlanmış ve yüksek tavanlarla çerçevelenmiş, tuğla duvarlar ve orijinal ahşap zeminler ile tamamlanmıştır.

ÖZEL ÜST KAT
Çarpıcı kavisli merdivenin ardından durum değişiyor. Yatak odası ayrı bir yere konumlandırılmış—yüksek, ilham verici—yerleşimi bir sığınak hissi sunuyor. İki Fransız kapının hemen ötesinde, büyük özel teras iç mekanın doğal bir tamamlayıcısı olarak hizmet ediyor: Brooklyn Köprüsü ve şehir merkezinin katmanlı geometrisine bakan açık hava platformu. Karşıtlık tam: gökyüzü ile yapı arasında.

MUTFAK / BANYO

A story of volume and light that unfolds across two impressive levels. The expansive main floor is open and continuous, with living, dining, and kitchen arranged as a single plane, defined by strong proportion, and framed by high ceilings, with exposed brick walls, and original wood floors

A PRIVATE UPPER LEVEL
Once up the striking curved staircase, the tone shifts. The bedroom is set apart—elevated, inspired—its placement offering a sense of sanctuary. Just beyond two french doors, the large private terrace serves as a natural counterpart to the interior: an open-air platform overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and the layered geometry of downtown. The juxtaposition is precise—sky against structure.

KITCHEN / BATH
The stylish, updated kitchen is integrated beautifully into the first floor. Clean lines, and a cooks stove provide the perfect setting for culinary exploration. Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully updated with a material palette and contemporary finishes that compliment the loft’s strength, while creating a spa-like sense of relaxation.
