The Hit Factory, sayısız platin albümün kaydedildiği ve birçok ünlü müzisyenin çalışmalarını gerçekleştirdiği efsanevi bir kayıt stüdyosuydu. Apartment 5F has a loft-like style and design. It is located on a higher floor and boasts over 1,000 SF along with many special features. This home encompasses one formal bedroom plus a separate large study and two full baths, providing much flexibility inside the apartment.

With some ceilings over 10 feet high and sizable windows full of light, the apartment feels spacious and airy. The tall windows provide a partial view of mid-town and Columbus Circle.
