Welcome to Apt. 6D, a fully-furnished studio suite that is meticulously appointed, offering a completely triple-mint and turnkey experience for a short term or longer term stay.

With an exquisite and intelligent design by March & White Design Studio, a harmonious blend of sophistication, comfort and functionality is the theme of this home. Upon entering the residence, one is greeted by a formal entry hallway which leads to open and very gracious space across this oversized studio apartment. The space boasts walls adorned with lush silk weave and European 5-inch white oak chevron flooring with bronze inlay as well as cove ceilings with discreet integrated lighting creating a beautiful ambiance. The living area and bedroom space is separated by a tastefully crafted partition. Outside the windows there are Juliet balconies which overlook a very peaceful street to the north and around the corner to the west is world-famous Fifth Avenue.

The kitchen, custom designed by Molteni, features 22-karat galvanized champagne gold Dornbracht fixtures, polished Graffiti marble countertops with a bronze mirror backsplash, custom fluted glass upper cabinetry and shelving with champagne metal trim and lower cabinetry clad in Cleaf Sable wood concealing the state-of-the-art fully integrated Miele appliance suite. The kitchen’s accessory package includes essentials by George Jenson, Riedel and Wedgewood China.

The spa-like bathroom is a sanctuary of opulence, with radiant heated French Vanilla honed marble floors and a Salvatori Crema d’Orcia limestone steam shower. Lush towels, a fluffy robe, Dyson hair dryer, comb and other bathroom accessories are present.

Additionally, the apartment features two closets with a custom closet system, also designed by Molteni, a Crestron automation system, a Miele stacked washer/dryer, and blackout drapes.

Please Note: Though pets are allowed in the building, the unit owner would prefer no pets in the apartment.
