Steel beams supporting a floor-to-ceiling glass exterior frame radiant natural light and sweeping views of Downtown with iconic views facing the Williamsburg bridge and North to the Empire state building. The opulent approx.3000-square-foot residence features FOUR spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen open to the airy and loft like living and dining areas with a beautiful fireplace, and exclusive access to a 1500-square-foot rooftop terrace overlooking the vibrant splendor of the city.
