Welcome to the Carriage House at 215 East 59th Street. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse, with an additional home office, and with a private rooftop and a terrace was recently renovated. The apartment is located one flight up (walk-up) in the rear of the main building. On the main level, as you enter the apartment through the terrace you are greeted by the expansive living room with light hardwood flooring. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a herringbone subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, range, microwave oven, and french door refrigerator with water dispenser. There is a half-bathroom located on this floor which houses the in-unit washer & dryer.
