This northwest exposed apartment has hardwood floors, a huge closet, and a renovated kitchenette with an electric two-burner cooktop, small fridge and convection / microwave oven. Rent includes heat, water & electricity. No pets allowed, lease term minimum is one year & basic financial parameters apply.

Welcome to Prospect Tower. In addition to a 24-hour doorman, laundry room, and fitness room access next door at 5 TCP (for an additional cost), the building offers a stunning roof deck providing sweeping views of the Chrysler Building and Midtown skyline (currently closed for local law 11 repairs).

TENANT FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Initial credit check upon applying: $20 (per person)

Funds due at lease signing:
$65 digital submission fee
$1,000 application processing fee (add $200 per additional applicant or guarantor)
$500 move-in deposit (refundable after move-in, assuming no damages)
$2,600 for 1st month's rent
$2,600 for security deposit
