This prewar cooperative was built in 1903 and rises 10 stories with just 15 residences. The address alone tells a story. The apartment earns it.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft was formerly a joint live/work AIR (Artist in Residence) space — and the bones show it. High ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, oversized windows with northern and eastern exposures, and a long gracious entry that sets the tone before you've even reached the main rooms.
