Mikonohivyo na vidole vya kabati za jikoni ni vya kawaida. Dishwasher na jiko ni Bosch na friji ni Liebherr na vivuli vyote ni vya kawaida kutoka Shade Store.

Makabati yote ni ya kawaida, na yanatoka Container Store. Vidole vya milango vyote ni vya asili kutoka kwa apartment ya 1938 - vimekarabatiwa. Sink ya bafu na meza ya kuwekea mavazi ni za kawaida.

Kuta zote zimechorwa kwa rangi ya Farrow na Ball. Dari za futi 9, sakafu za mbao kila mahali. The marble in the kitchen is from Artistic tile and is a rare "Calcutta viola marble". The kitchen floor tile is also Artistic. The tile in the entryway is Ann Saks tile and custom petrified wood.

The kitchen cabinet handles and knobs are all custom. The dishwasher and stove are Bosch and the fridge is Liebherr & all of the shades are custom from the Shade Store.

All of the closets are custom, and they are from the Container Store. The doorknobs are all original to the apartment from 1938- they have been restored. The bathroom and kitchen were gutted- new pipes, waterproofing. The bathroom sink and armoire are custom.

All of the walls are painted with farrow and ball paint. 9-foot ceilings, wood floors throughout. The Berkeley is pet-friendly, live-in super, a lush, landscaped garden, bike storage, laundry, and storage. Near Travers Park and the Greenmarket.
