Mwanga unajitiririsha kutoka kwa madirisha makubwa katika kila chumba huku mpangilio ukiangalia magharibi, bila kuingiliwa na majengo mengine yoyote. Nyumba nzima imepakwa sakafu za mbao za Morado herringbone na madirisha ya kupunguza kelele yanashikilia nafasi hiyo kuwa kimya karibu kabisa. Kwenye kuingia, ukumbi unakaribisha wageni kwa chumba cha kujiandaa, kabati kubwa la kuvazia mavazi na kabati la mashine ya kufulia lenye uhifadhi wa ndani.

Kichaka maalum cha Wenge kinakuja na backsplash ya marble ya Blue-vein Cipolino na countertops za quartzite nyeupe, kina vifaa kamili vya mashine za Viking na Subzero ikiwa ni pamoja na oveni za ukuta mbili, tanuri ya gesi yenye moto sita, oveni ya kasi, friji/freezer, mashine ya kuosha vyombo, na baridi ya divai. Iliyofaa kwa burudani, muundo wa wazi pia unajumuisha baa ya kifungua kinywa iliyojengwa ndani ya kisiwani ikiangalia sehemu ya kukaribisha ya kuishi/kulaya.

Suite kuu imewekwa mwisho wa korido ya chumba cha kulala.
