Kuzhina e hapur e shefit me dritare ka armaturë të bërë me porosi, duke përfshirë një pantry të madhe dhe countertop-e prej kuarcit. Dhomën e dytë kryesore ka një lavatriçe/ tharëse Miele dhe një banjo të madhe me një vaskë të tepërt dhe një dush. Një bibliotekë e hapur në këtë kat mund të përdoret si loft dhome gjumi ose të mbyllet për një dhomë gjumi private të tretë.

Kjo banesë e jashtëzakonshme ka tinguj Sonos dhe ajër të kondicionuar qendror me 5 zona, si dhe dysheme të bukura me dru në të gjithë vendin. Dëgjohet si shtëpia/studio e artistit Howard Chandler Christy, i cili pikturoi murale të nimfave që kërcenin për restorantin des Artistes, Residence 707 është rinovuar dhe mbajtur me kujdes nga pronarët aktualë, duke e bërë atë një shtëpi të bukur për jetesë të rehatshme dhe argëtim elegant. BACK ON THE MARKET...This dramatic contemporary design atelier at the Hotel des Artistes has it all. Designed by architect Vibeke Lichten as a home for her and her husband, the duplex features an expansive great room with a floating staircase to the second level. The second primary has a Miele washer/dryer and a large bathroom with both an oversized tub and a shower. An open library on this floor could be used as a bedroom loft or enclosed for a 3rd private bedroom.

This exceptional residence has Sonos surround sound and 5-zoned central air conditioning as well as beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Once the home/studio of the artist Howard Chandler Christy, who painted the murals of dancing nymphs for the des Artistes restaurant, Residence 707 has been meticulously renovated and maintained by the current owners, making it a lovely home for comfortable living and elegant entertaining. There is also a separate staff room on the 7th floor offered for an additional price.
