Curtea are o lățime de 22 de picioare și este destul de adâncă, cu piatră bluestone lângă clădire și dale de beton pe toată suprafața. În fundul curții sunt câțiva copaci minunați, care transformă acest loc într-un spațiu cu adevărat magic.

Între bulevardele Dekalb și Willoughby, te afli în inima cartierului Fort Greene, renumit pentru frumusețea sa. Upon entering the apartment you have a small foyer with an entry closet on your left and the bathroom to the right. Straight ahead you have the living space. There is a large closet with shelves and a hanging rod just before you get to the pullman kitchen on your left.

The opposite wall has a built-in shelves next to the decorative hearth, which also has an additional shelf. The wakk facing the yard has two windows and a glass door to let in as much daylight possible.

The yard is 22 feet wide and rather deep, has bluestone near the building and cement pavers throughout. There are some wonderful trees to the back of the yard making this a truly magical space.

Between Dekalb and Willoughby Avenues you are at the nexus of all things beautiful that is Fort Greene. A few blocks away from the park and right next to the fantastic restaurant row along Dekalb, you will love living in this quaint studio in a townhouse brownstone rental building.
