Welcome to living at The Stanford, 45 East 25th Street, Unit 11C.

Unit 11C is a well laid out one bedroom residence with southern exposure, large windows, and a private balcony. The apartment features a brand new kitchen with sleek cabinetry, modern countertops, and stainless steel appliances, along with a fully renovated bathroom with clean, contemporary finishes. The spacious living room offers comfortable space for both relaxing and dining.

The bedroom easily accommodates a king size bed and includes a wall to wall custom closet for generous storage. 

At lease signing, the tenant will pay one month's rent and one month's security deposit. The landlord is not charging any fees in connection with the tenant's application for, or lease of, the apartment. However, because the unit is located in a condominium, the condominium and its managing agent charge the incoming resident the following fees: a $750 processing fee, a $75 per person credit check fee, a $981 move in fee, and a $500 refundable moving deposit. The condominium also charges a move out fee and refundable deposit, which are paid when a resident moves out. These are currently $981 and $500, respectively, but may be different at that time. Should the lease be renewed for an additional term, the managing agent charges the tenant a renewal processing fee, currently $350, but may be different at that time.

The Stanford is a full-service building with a 24-hour doorman, gym, private courtyard, and laundry on every other floor. Gym, gas, internet, and cable are included!
