The apartment features an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, a spacious bathroom, high ceilings, hardwood floors, a sleep loft, and ample storage throughout including a walk-in closet and two additional closets to accommodate all your belongings. Building amenities include an elevator, laundry room, renovated lobby and hallways, and a video intercom system.

Please note this is a co-op building with a board approval process. Pets are not permitted. Building application fees include a $75 credit check fee per applicant, a $400 processing fee, and a fully refundable $1,500 move-in deposit. At the end of the lease term, a fully refundable $1,500 move-out deposit will apply as well. All move deposits are provided via personal check, held by management (not deposited), and returned following each move, subject to damages.
