Unit 17C is a fully-renovated, high floor, one bedroom residence featuring a great layout, large windows, and a balcony; all with bright southern exposure! At lease signing, the tenant will pay one month's rent and one month's security deposit. The landlord is not charging any fees in connection with the tenant's application for, or lease of, the apartment.   However, because the unit is located in a condominium, the condominium and its managing agent charge the incoming resident the following fees: a $750 processing fee, a $75 per person credit check fee, a $1,024 move-in fee, and a $500 refundable moving deposit. The condominium also charges a move-out fee and refundable deposit, which are paid when a resident moves out. These are currently $1,024 and $500, respectively, but may be different at that time.   Should the lease be renewed for an additional term, the managing agent charges the tenant a renewal processing fee, currently $350, but may be different at that time.
