450 Warren Street is a contemporary architectural landmark: The first American residential building designed by SO-IL, a rising star among international architects.

The building itself is one of the most celebrated residential designs of recent years, with features in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Architectural Record, and Dezeen, and a slew of architecture awards.

The building’s signature experience greets you whenever you come home: An open central atrium clad in wire mesh, which allows you to look up at the walkways traversing each of the five floors.
